About the garden

The sculpture garden is situated in a rural area in the Vulkaneifel Germany with a view on the hills at the other side of the Michelbach valley. The garden consists of a small orchard section with vegetable garden, the main exhibition area and 2 ponds. On your walk through the garden you will be accompanied by the smell of may roses.

In this ambiance it is a very nice experience to walk from one work of art to the next. Nature and the many techniques used in the art fill up your senses. From figurative to abstract, there is bound to be something to your taste. In the "torso-avenue" you will find several torsos in bronze, stone, steel and marble, set between willows and roses.

In and around the indoors exhibition room you can enjoy the afterglow while having a cup of coffee, tea or soda.

The garden came into being in about a year's time. 16 months ago the larger part was still a meadow. All trees and bushes yet need to burgeon. Despite that you will enjoy them against the hills in the background. Occasionally birds of pray fly overhead and in the ponds fishes and newts have their home. A stay in the garden is a complete experience of culture, art and nature in the quiet of the Vulkaneifel.
